CureFuture Cancellation and Refund Policy

At CureFuture, we aim to provide our customers with the best experience. We understand that sometimes orders get cancelled, and customers then ask for a refund. Below is a comprehensive overview of our cancellations and refund policy.

1. Order Cancellation

When it comes to canceling orders, the process is mainly bifurcated into two types: the first is Cancellation Before Shipment, and the second is Post-Shipment cancellation.

Cancellation Before Shipment: Customers can cancel their orders before the shipment begins. To proceed with this process, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, either via email or phone, given on our official site. You are also required to provide your order number and other details along with the reason for cancellation.

Post-Shipment Cancellation: An order cannot be cancelled once it has been successfully shipped. If you still wish to cancel, follow the return process mentioned below.

2. Return Eligibility

Time Frame: Items can be returned within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Non-Returnable Items: Some stock items cannot be returned because they are products that pose health risks. This includes opened health supplements, personal products, and any others that may be perishable. Before making the purchase, you are advised to check the product details to see if the product can be returned.

3. Refund Process

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. If the return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Processing Time: After the approval process, it takes about 5-10 business days to get the money back on the account, depending on your method of payment. As soon as the refund is made, we will email you to inform you.

4. Return Shipping

Customer Responsibility: Except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (such as when we sent the incorrect goods), customers are responsible for paying the shipping charges back to us. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the goods you return, so you are advised to utilize a trackable delivery method or purchase shipping insurance.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you have received a product that is in bad condition, do not consume it and report the matter to the company’s customer service team. For this reason, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund, at no extra cost to you.

5. Exchange Policy

Product Exchanges: We are unable to set up a direct exchange at this time. If a product needs to be returned, you must place a new order for the desired item and return the original product using the return process.
